Sometimes we feel as if it’s so full of endless possibilities it’s nearly impossible to choose, and then, the next day, everything flips on its head, and it can feel like everything is closed off to us and there’s no way forward at all.
I can help take some of the overwhelm out of the process.

Sessions are optimised for in-person delivery and often suit those who find long periods of screen time less than exciting and get more out of an active approach. Online sessions are also available.
