Description
Manifestos are a way to lay out your intentions motives and views. Yeah, they get a bad rap in popular culture, but they’re not just for brooding political science university students.
They are a great tool to block out the noise and distractions and refocus on your career intentions and motives with a written declaration that can power you moving forward.
In this two-hour workshop (a small group of up to 8) I will run a series of activities to support you in clarifying your own ideas and creating a career manifesto. You build the confidence to rework your manifesto as life changes.
The clarity from developing your manifesto flows into career development, pitching yourself and your value in written documents like a resume as well as talking about you and your career with colleagues and potential employers.
