Navigating big changes in work and career can be complex and daunting.
You don’t need to go it alone!

I’ve created this comprehensive program that draws on psychology, design thinking, labour market information and creative strategy to help you build your way forward.

What’s included:  5 & 1/2 hours of consultation/coaching

1. Laying the groundwork – 30-minute phone or online call
2. Forensic skills analysis and defining a strategic platform – 90-minute in-person session
3. Career Transition strategy and planning – 90-minute in-person session
4. Job hunting strategy and planning – 60-minute in-person session
5. Creating your assets – resume, LinkedIn profile etc – 60-minute in-person session
   + Morrisby Career Profile – lifetime access to a career platform with Australian jobs and study info
   + Ongoing email support

We will work together to design pathways forward, while mitigating the risks that are an ever-present part of a world filled with chaos. After the first online session, the focus will be on a variety of in-person activities that suit people who prefer to work with a bias towards action and are looking for more engagement than screen-based sessions.

This style is upbeat, with a focus on creating tangible assets that you can use again, independently, at future decision points.

A core difference between working with a qualified Career Development Practitioner vs a ‘Life Coach’ is that we are driven to give you the skills and tools to make ourselves redundant, and we hope that you can also help others around you.

Booking notes:
Book your first session online.  I will confirm this with a calendar invite and additional info (I currently do this manually, don’t panic if you don’t get an invite straight away – I do these at the end of my working day ( usually late at night).
After our first session, we’ll, book remaining sessions in together, at your convenience. These careers consultations will be in-person at the Volchemy studio, Upstairs, 136 Montague St, South Melbourne.
